This is cache is located at an unofficial but completely navigable intersection of the Sunrise Trail and the Buckeye Ranch Trail in Briones Regional Park.
I am continually amazed at the number of trails in the SF East Bay Area. Whenever I think I have hiked them all, then I find that I have hardly scratched the surface. This is part of a series of geocaches at trail junctions in the southern part of Briones, located on trails that you might not have seen before.
