Geocache Description:

This cache is to serve two purposes. The First is to Re-birth the Tribute Cache that was placed here in 2005 for The Lone Cacher. The Second is to bring you along in our Series to yet another Benchmark.

The previous cache was archived recently and we could not understand why and wanted to bring it back. We both started caching last summer so we didn't have the luxury to meet The Lone Cacher but we have done caches that originated thru his contributions. I have also asked cachers who have logged the find on the previous cache if they had taken the time to read the cache description to know the purpose for the location of the cache. To my suprise a few had not realized the purpose of the cache. I hope us bringing this one back makes at least a few aware of the early contributions from this individual. We have become avid Benchmark Hunters so we are including this cache in the series as there is a benchmark(JZ2594) nearby. The cache is on the fencline next to the final coordinates for The Lone Cacher. So stop by and log a cache and a benchmark and pay your respects to The Lone Cacher!!!
