Geocache Description:

This cache is one of many that will be placed as part of the It's Bath Time series. I moved to Bath last August from East Lansing, and since resuming Geocaching, I feel like there are very few caches in the area. The ones that are placed are great caches; however, because there are very few, people aren't enticed to get off at I-69 Exit 92 and get them. Bath has a lot of history, especially in regards to the unfortunate events of the Bath School Disaster (Read more about it here). I encourage you to take some time and visit this quiet community. This series was designed to bring more caches (and people) to the area. Some will be quick park and grabs; for others, you will need to thoroughly look for them. Regardless, I hope you have fun. Welcome to Bath!

The cache is located at the Rickard Boat Launch at Park Lake. This one acre site is located at 6498 Park Lake Road (east shore) and is complete with a boat ramp and dock, paved parking for vehicles and trailers, and benches. A small grassy area is maintained as a picnic area and is available for visitors to enjoy. This is the only public access for boaters and anglers on Park Lake. The container is micro-sized; please bring your own pencil!

Congratulations to Periwinkle128 on the FTF!
