Two geocachers with lots of finds on the Monterey Peninsula, but living far from it, will be in town simultaneously for the Independence Day holiday. Samm99, who has a couple of local hides and numerous finds will be here, as will ChurchMovse (Pengvin's mom), who has never before attended an event cache. Both women love Gianni's Pizza and thought it would be nice to meet some geocachers there for an event.
Order yourself a pizza (or other menu item) and your favorite beverage at the counter, then join us in the back room for socializing and door prizes.
I usually wait until the very last minute to post 'will attend' notices, but Gianni's is asking for a head count one week in advance, so please include the number of expected attendees with your 'will attend' post and try not to wait until the last minute!
