A short walk to find this cache, and then seek all the others in the area.
A camoflaged container, just a short walk from the Steve Nagel Playground in LakeLand Park. Steve Nagel was born and raised in Canton and was America's 100th astronaut to go into space. He commanded several shuttle missions. The Steve Nagel Playground has a space theme, of course.
This cache is one of several within 1/4 mile of the playground, and there are numerous caches throughout the Park. The park is open year-round during daylight hours, which vary according to the season (longer hours, for example, in the summertime).
The Canton Park District is very supportive of geocaching, and this cache is placed with their permission.
