The cache is a magnetic micro. Search the red building much newer than Kremlin.

Tula Kremlin (Russian: Тульский кремль) is a fortress in Tula, Russia. Monument of the 16th century.

Let's go to the left from the entrance, through the park, that surrounds the Kremlin, towards the Tower of Pyatnitsky Gate. When you'll see a big, four-cornered tower with a beautiful weather vane on the top, it's time to have some rest sitting on the bench under the biggest tree in the place and grab the cache.
