The cache is located at Yatabe-Higashi PA of the Joban Expressway for Iwaki. You can see Kappa on the commemorative stamp of this PA. It is related to Ushiku Kappa Festival that is held in every July. The hint is the name of this cache. Please bring your pen. Mar.13, 2013. At this time, the canopy was removed. So, the gz is under the sky.
キャッシュは常磐自動車道下りの谷田部東PAにあります。このPAにある記念スタンプにはかっぱが描かれています。毎年７月に行われる、うしくかっぱ祭りにちなんだものです。ヒントはキャッシュの名前にあります。筆記具を持参ください。 2013/93/13現在、屋根がなくなってしまいました。
