The Cache is in a ammo can with a riddle inside that you must solve before you are able to fully open the cache. Make sure everything is latched and locked so it works for the next Cacher. In order to relock the padlock, you must have the combination of them, latch the padlock and then mess up the combination. Then the padlock will be locked.
