Geocache Description:

Haskell Canyon Open Space is a 526 acre canyon with steep hillsides and grassland meadows with stands of oak trees along the edge of the Angeles NF. There's free parking for the trails along Copper Hill Dr east of Haskell Canyon Rd. Enjoy the views of the surrounding hills and canyons. There are signs that mark the trailheads. You're looking for a cammo'd plastic container.

The city of Santa Clarita has nearly 28 miles of trails designated for recreational use. Plans to develop trails and picnic areas is underway. Trails are open from sunrise to sunset....no motorized vehicles allowed. On some of the smaller side trails you'll see some dirt bike ramps...don't think the city built them but this is a popular area for mountain biking.
