WILLOW ROCK: Sense of GEOSENSE!
A fairly new sense that sometimes involves a little COMMON SENSE as well! It is the sense that sometimes gets us to places that we would have never seen before and meeting people we would never have met otherwise!
We liked this place because it was cool on a hot day and the horses seemed to be interested in what we were doing…
Some funny things that have happened to us while GEOCACHING…. We have slid down many a hill on our rear, I lost a boot in the middle of winter while going after one of the DGT’s in Killens Pond! (I learned REAL QUICK that COMMON SENSE would have been to learn more about the GPS BEFORE I went out in the woods AND to bring SPARE items!) Sadly, I learned this AFTER hiking 2 miles BACK to my car!
Some really great things that happened were we found this really cool place in the woods that had all kinds of different trees, we have found great gardens to explore, we learned more about our new home state, and we met all of YOU!
