This is a great space to stop and stretch your legs, enjoy the view, and take a photo . This area overlooks the small village of Schenevus and the Elk Creek valley.
I decided to place this cache after the eastbound rest area was closed and the cache there was made inaccessible. This is a medium sized container with plenty of room for travel bugs, coins, and swag. Should be a quick find with easy parking and low traffic. Snow in winter could make this hard to reach.
