The 3rd Annual HH&CC Event.
This year it should be MEGA scary!

The Halloween Crew cordially invite you to join them for Sunday Lunch following the departure of those camping at the nearby EMcamp (GC3BM7K) event. Rest assured, on this occasion you're not the subject on the menu, nor should those departed from EMcamp be of the deceased variety!

We will be devouring the tasty morsels provided by The Chequers Country Inn (Main Street, Ullesthorpe, Lutterworth, Leicestershire LE17 5BT) from approximately 12:30pm onwards. This should provide plenty of time for those on the campsite to escape, but the event is open to cachers from both near and far to attend. The more the merrier!

Our plight here is simple, to enjoy good food, drink and other cachers company, while ensuring you are aware of our forthcoming event in October: The 2012 Halloween Hides and Creepy Caches (GC32G7P) event. This event has been growing year on year, and in 2012 we hope that we will gain Mega status.

Please note how many you anticipate will be eating in your 'will attend' logs so that we can give the owners sufficient warning. Providing you do this, you don't need to make individual bookings with the Inn. If we have a large enough group they will open the function room for us.
