Geocache Description:

The Altona-Gretna Rhineland Trail is a 76 km leg of the Trans-Canada trail that stretches through the grassland prairies of southeastern Manitoba.  While searching for this cache, take a moment to read about the history of settlement in this area.

I thought the name was appropriate for my first cache hide!  The cache is a small camo'd lock-&-lock, and contains a logbook, pencil, and some small tradeable items to start it out.  I've also placed my first trackable, a Micro Geocoin, and hope that the FTF will start it moving on it's journey!
