The footbridge was installed in the Hiraide industrial complex crossing where the national highway No. 4, the national highway No. (Utsunomiya beltway) 119, and a new No. 4 national highway cross, and it was named "'84 and "とちぎ博歩道橋."
This name remains also in the present.
