To have 'stars in your eyes' is what people say when someone has an obsession with celebrities, movies, and the theater. It means someone is hopeful about their future and imagines they are going to be very successful and famous, a star.
At the posted co-ordinates you should see many stars. Count the stars you see over the entrance and multiply by 4 then subtract 3. Subtract that number from the posted decimal minutes of the latitude. Add the digital root of the number of stars over the entrance to the decimal minutes of the posted longitude.
Now you have the final co-ordinates of the cache.
