Geocache Description:


June 30, 2012

From 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

We’ll start at Harriett Street and paddle down to Yellow Banks Park for a total of 10.25 miles. Previous paddling experience is required. GPS units will be available for check-out. Bring food and drink.

A limited number of canoes are available from Polk County Conservation for $15/person. Register on-line for a spot in a canoe. You are welcome to bring your own canoe or kayak, email Heidi at Heidi.anderson@polkcountyiowa.gov to let us know.

Fee: $15/person for canoe registration; FREE if you bring your own canoe or kayak.
Minimum age 10.
