An expansive view of the sandbars left from the ice age floods.
You can't see Missoula from here, but from here, you can try to imagine the floods that created the river valley below. Ice age dams created massive lakes near Missoula and when they melted, the geology happened! There are several erratics in the area. (An erractic is a rock that floats in a big chunk of ice during a flood. When the ice settles on a high bank, it melts leaving a rock where no rock should ever be.
The cache can be accessed from old railroad bed which has recently been scraped clean of ballast rock. New container has small tradeables.
