In 1959, The Government has planned Tsuen Wan and Kwai Chung as a new towns. In order to provide more flat land, land reclamation has been conducted and small hills were level out to provide more land for development. 107 urns in the area were not collected by their relatives. In the result, the urns were resettled here by Tsuen Wan rural council.
