Join us for a day at the Huron River!
12:00 to 4:00 p.m., Sunday, July 15
Celebrating the Huron River and Geocaching!

We'll have information on geocaching for newcomers to the hobby and you'll be able to meet other geocachers from the area. Stop in, hang out, picnic. If you are new to geocaching you can attempt find 3 special caches nearby, if you are a veteran cacher, you can help instruct. Either way, you may earn one of the limited number of old "Huron History Mystery Tour" coins! Woo Hoo!

Our location is at Ann Arbor's magnificent Gallup Park, with it's views of the river, walking and bicycling trails, and canoe/kayak livery.

There are a number of interesting caches nearby in some of Ann Arbor's most beautiful areas. (Have you done Tour de Huron GCPYDE yet? You know you want to!) The bicycle trails are also a great way to get around, so bicycle caching can be done here too. So grab your GPS, cache bag, walking shoes, kayak, canoe, PFD, paddles, bicycle, picnic basket, camp chairs... (have we forgotten anything?) and come on down to the river!
