I've been planning to place a cache here for a while and finally got around to doing it. While hiding the container I noticed that I was being watched by a local City Marshal from his car. He got out and walked over to see what I was doing. After explaining what it was all about and showing him the container and hiding spot he told me that this was possibly one of the coolest things he'd ever heard of.
This shouldn't be a difficult one for most cachers to find, please use stealth and watch out for Muggles though as this is a very high-traffic area. The difficulty rating is for Muggle traffic.
