stargazingwoman: The Director has decided "we don't want strangers circling in our private parking lot." He was very nice about it, but times change and I'm archiving this cache. It's no longer there, so please don't go looking for it to get an archived cache for a challenge cache. Thank you to all those who found this one. Project Harmony's Purpose:
Project Harmony exists to provide effective, immediate and sensitive support to children who are victims or suspected victims of abuse and neglect, and their non-offending family members. A child-centered facility, Project Harmony assembles a multidisciplinary team composed of law enforcement, investigative, social service, medical and referral professionals dedicated to protecting children and prosecuting offenders.

Project Harmony has recently built an add-on and renovated the parking lot. There is still a bit of construction being finished.
Stealth is definitely required. I recommend after-hours caching; during daytime business hours the lot may be full. Loitering may be reported, so make the grab and go. This is a 24-hour facility, with a police presence. The lot is well lit, so flashlights should not be needed after dark. This is a child-friendly location; during daytime hours bring a child with you if you wish to be less noticeable; but do not leave your child in the car unattended!
This should be wheelchair accessible; if it turns out not to be, please let me know!
The cache name is based on the amateur radio operator phonetic alphabet, continuing a theme for my caches.
