This is a park and grab with easy access. I own both the empty lot and the house. You do NOT need to go inside the fence to get this cache. Feel free to park on the street but please don't block the driveway.
This is not a difficult cache but may take some people longer than others. A few of neighbors will know what you are up to but not all of them. Please use stealth. The address is 730 Chestnut. If I move I will deactivate this cache
