Geocache Description:

The building that this cache brings you to was Letchworth Garden City's "pub with no beer"! The Skittles Inn was designed by Raymond Unwin and Barry Parker, for use as a non-licensed public house. It opened on the 8th March 1907. The Skittles Inn served non alcoholic apple wine, hot chocolate, tea and Sarsparilla, a soft drink made from the Smilax regelii plant.
