Geocache Description:

a proudly mexican cache :D

this cache is in the monument to Manuel J. Othon, near the monumental flag in san luis potosi, it is not very hard to come by but be aware for the high quantity of muggles in the area, you may want to go in the late afternoon...

I decided to place it here because of the remarkability of the monument, which can be seen from different parts of the city. you can also find near this location the university and a comercial zone with restaurants and other stuff.

The cache has a SHOCKING view of the flag (see? i gave you a hint there) and you will have to remove some stones.
