The cache IS at the given location. The cache may be found and the log can be signed at any time. However, you must meet one of the criteria below to log it as a find. The difficulty rating is for the challenge, not the hide.
As a numbers guy, I love the statistics available through geocaching.com. Early on, I had a desire to have less than 90% of my finds be of the traditional variety. As the months have gone by, I saw this percentage keep dropping. I realized that 75% was within reach and kept pushing for that goal. The magic number was reached (eactly, no less) on June 19, 2012. This cache is placed in honor of that personal accomplishment.
To claim this as a find you must meet ONE of the following conditions:
1) Have at least 1000 finds with at most 75% of them being traditional caches. (Extra bonus points for having exactly 75%)
2) Have at least 75 unique finds with a 5 star difficulty rating.
3) Have at least 75 unique finds with a 5 star terrain rating.
4) Have at least 75 unique finds in each of 5 other cache categories (Virtual, Earthcache, etc.).
Again, you only need to meet ONE of the above conditions.
All cache finds, regardless of date, count toward the challenge. To confirm your qualifications, post a screen shot of your statistics with your "Found It" log.
