-Rusty-: Wisconin1 is correct and unfortunately I must archive this cache and request that it not be replaced.
Geocaching is not permitted inside designated National (or state) Wildlife Areas.
This is a very under-advertised park as it was not shown on any of my maps and it took a bit of searching to find a good map showing the areas borders.
