The hand-over event will take place 5pm-10pm at The Metropolitan Freehouse pub, above Baker Street Tube station on the Marylebone Road (the above co-ordinates). We hope to have Slartibartfast in attendance as our special guest to take the torch around the galaxy on Starship Bistromaths to the next Mega Geolympix in one light years time, if Groundspeak likes the idea.
A wide range of drinks and food are available, children are welcomed until 8pm and the venue is wheelchair user friendly. The Met is a large boardroom venue, find us at the tables with a Geocaching flag or a table with Trackables piled high! Bring along your Geoplympix trackables and stories, if you were outstanding in the field!
