This cache was developed by the Wise NASA Develop team, like it's cousin "Blasting Off The Green Belt" this one is dedicated to the "Cost of Freedom" for US-Pilot Francis Gary Powers, Air Force Pilot Jefferson Scott Dotson, and Daniel Webster Dotson. Powers a U2 pilot was captured and thought to have been a spy. Scott Dotson was shot down over Laos and was listed as missing in action. Webster Dotson, Wise County's most decorated soldier and the 2nd most decorated soldier in the state of Virginia, Dotson was one of the survivors of the "Bataan Death March".
