in our disclaimer.
This cache is on an island in the Vaal river at Parys. You may approach it from Grewar avenue or Rotary street, it is about the same.
You will have to cross parts of the river by jumping between rocks mostly. If the water level is normal and lower there will be more rocks to hop on which makes it possible to reach the cache without stepping in the water, but some rocks are slippery and accidents happen...
If the river is slightly fuller than usual, you will have a hard time reaching it. Please don't attempt to find the cache when the river is in flood! Just below these islands are whirlpools where people have drowned!
When you are at the location there are some neat rapids in front of you, lots of fun to go down on a tube, but be careful!
The cache is black with a white cap. I made it quite heavy and it should survive a flood in its well hidden spot. There is a small pencil inside.
Please put it back securely.
