Located off Hell Hollow Rd in Voluntown, CT. I would suggest taking the road from Rt 49, as the other side is sometimes closed, and much bumpier.
Please bring your own pen as I didn't put one in the cache. Congrats to Adventurist1 for the FTF!
Growing up, many children in this part of CT hear stories of Maud, a girl who haunts Hell Hollow Rd in Voluntown. There are many different stories passed around, that she was a witch who was drowned at the lake, that her mother was a witch who was tortured, or that she was just a little girl who died and was buried there and now haunts it. There are all kinds of scary stories, of cars not starting up, or driving of their own free will into the lake. There are legends that if you take anything from the area of her grave, that you will not survive after a few weeks.
Of course, everyone knows that if this were true, and this area was haunted, that the best people to deal with this would be the Avengers! You are looking for a lock and lock, covered in stickers of the Marvel heros. There is a letterbox nearby, part of a series of letterboxes.
