After many starts and stops, The NVG Highway is finally under construction.
The Highway is being built to celebrate Iowa's Most Decorated cacher.
Costs overruns and technological blunders have hindered this project from the get-go.
The farm on the south side of the road was featured last year as the Prettiest Farm in Iowa in the Iowa magazine.
It is pretty cool.
