After many starts and stops, The NVG Highway is finally under construction.

The Highway is being built to celebrate Iowa's Most Decorated cacher.

Costs overruns and technological blunders have hindered this project from the get-go.

Just picture a hog doing the dying cockroach and you'll get the name.
