After many starts and stops, The NVG Highway is finally under construction.

The Highway is being built to celebrate Iowa's Most Decorated cacher.

Costs overruns and technological blunders have hindered this project from the get-go.

If you look over your left shoulder as you face the cache, you'll see what reminds me of the Dark Sider.
