This whole area to the North and South of the road is known as the "Salt Marsh" by the locals, due to it's large salt deposits in the lakes/ponds out here. The land out here is owned by Ducks Unlimited, a hunting group who owns large portions of land in the Midwest U.S. and uses it for hunting purposes. Please admire but do not trespass on their land. Also, be VERY cautious on this road, it gets worse as it heads West, and at this point large ruts in the treads are common. This portion is unaccessable during or after rain, so drive at your own risk. There are plenty of places farther to the East to park and walk/bike/run/ATV in to the area.
Please see the description for KAS #1 - Enclosure (GC2X8VP) for more information on the series and what you will need to bring.
For this KAS cache you are looking for a silver bison.
