Geocache Description:

A CITO event to help clean up the Frisco, Skull Creek, Mud Creek and the new Meadow Valley Trail in Fayetteville, Arkansas.

Join us September 29th to help clean up one of the most used trails in Fayetteville!

Depending on the amount of people who sign up will determine where and how much of the trail we will clean. If enough sign up in time I will make teams that can start at different points along the trail. Eventually everyone will end up at Gordon long park to meet up and chat. The parking is just a bit north of the posted coordinates. Once I get a good number on those planning to come I will throw some announcements out that will give further details on the clean up schedule and where to park for all the teams if we get more than a expected turn out, but for now we will meet at the posted coordinates right off of Martin Luther king. We will be aiming to start at 9:00 AM and hoping to finish up and meet at Gordon Long Park @ 12:30 PM with the event ending at 1:00 PM

Fayetteville Parks and Recreation will be donating some disposable gloves and trash bags to help in our cause. But it would never hurt to bring some of your own if you feel the need! Any other devices you might have to pick up trash are welcome as well.

So if you are interested in helping out please write a note in the logs on how many in your group will be coming so I can put out parking locations and trail info as soon as I can! Thanks!!
