When placing this cache, I wanted a place where it was away from potential flood waters. When I found this spot, I was reminder of Buddha's question of whether or not this made a sound... 
This cache, like the rest of the MRL series, is tethered to keep from being carried off during flooding. It is meant to be visited, NOT retrieved. The terrain rating on this cache is set for a reason. Please respect that and keep the cache where it is please. If you don't feel up to visiting this cache, move along to MRL #10. Thanks for understanding.
