Adding to the series of Famous Pairs.
Park in the parking lots near ground zero(s) at both the stages. I do have permission to place the caches.
DO NOT go for the cache when there is snow on the ground, at night, or on Sundays (unless stage 1 is cleared out).
The cords are not off...you are reading it right.
Not difficult finds, but the difficulty number is a little higher than if it was a regular cache.
