Your are looking for a small container with only a log. Please bring your own writing tool. There is a small space to pull off the road, but you should use caution while caching on this historic stone bridge.
We have been using Old Michigan Road as a cut through from Holton to Madison for a long time, never knowing the name or history of this beautiful stone bridge. So... here is Sheperds Bridge, which was built in 1913 and spans Big Creek. It is also called Nobles Ford Bridge or County Bridge #38. I always love looking to the south from the bridge towards the Jefferson Proving Grounds. Check out the pics on the related web site.
