Cache # 49.
The Murray to Mountains Rail Trail is a wonderful cycling trail between Wangaratta and Bright, with a side track running from Everton Station to Beechworth. The trail is suitable for road bikes.
These are essentially caches placed for cyclists using the trail but there is easy parking for cars near most GZs.
Riding the trail towards Myrtleford there are some wonderful views across the old tobacco kilns and windmills to Mt Buffalo. It is a good place to stop and admire some of the wonderful scenery of the North East.
The cache is a tube containing log only. Please bring your own PEN.
