Geocache Description:

One of several I had planned for the Elderberry Forebay, before VanIchiro beat me to it.

Normally I avoid tagging caches onto the end of power trails, but I had had a series planned here for months. So unfortunately you don't get the whole French Taunting scene from Monty Python and the Holy Grail, just a few snippets. This is quite an enjoyable ride down a deserted and rarely seen side of Castaic Lake, with lots of possibilities for further exploration.

Cache is a one-pint paint tin, painted to blend in. You'll need a TOTT to open it: coin, key, multi-tool, etc. Please squeeze lid back on firmly. Caution: road is exposed, hot and dusty; I saw lion tracks, and ticks and snakes are always a possibility. Please prepare adequately—it is extremely unlikely anyone will be around to help.
