As you approach UTC you will leave the grass area behind and there will be light tree cover. The trees and the nearby buidings on the hill make GPS readings a bit erratic. I got a couple of different readings on different days and used averaging for the posted numbers. You need to be a aware of possible muggles as not only is the cache near the path but walkers will be close to you before they pop into view coming around a bend in the path..
