If you use google maps and search for Port Carling Ontario, the location of this geocache is within 100m of the dropped pin on their maps. So it only made sense to us to place the cache at virtually the entrance of this beautiful cottage town. Truly a happy and bustling place throughout the summer, Port Carling is the home of our families cottage.
My wife and I decided it would be fitting to place a cache here in appreciation for the gift her parents have given our families - a cottage for us to go to. I feel blessed to have such a great family. The cache is a cylinder shaped object, black with a screw-on lid. Big enough for small trinkets, trackables and a nice FTF gift for any fisherman. Not a busy area, but please use stealth when locating the cache to protect its location. Please return the cache securely to it's same location and then enjoy what Port Carling has to offer.
