Geocache Description:

Domino was the dog my wife picked out from the shelter shortly after we met, when she lived in Topanga. His name came from the fact that he was black and white and knocked things over. As my wife's yard had no fence, Domino often had the run of the neighborhood and adopted a family or two. The cache's full name comes from my wife's nickname for him. Domino is no longer with us, so I decided to place this cache near a path we frequented in Red Rock Canyon Park.

The cache is a cammoed container a bit off the main trail, which is actually a fire road. Should be an easy find once you get to the right area, but hopefully it's far enough from the main path to escape the prying eyes of passing muggles.

Items in the container include a domino, of course.

Parking is available for a fee at the park entrance; if you want to avoid the iron ranger there are a couple of spots on Red Rock Road, just watch for the signs that indicate where parking is available only for residents.

CAUTION: There was no poisonous shrubbery to be seen in the immediate vicinity when I placed the hide, but there is an impressive amount of it throughout Red Rock Canyon park. Also, given the environment you should always be on the lookout for snakes.
Congratulations to Foocachers for the FTL (First to Log)!
