A fun event at night to celebrate 1000 cache finds and 366 consecutive days caching by Starruby.
Event Time: 8:30PM - Late
Event Date: Monday 30th of July.
Come join us on a Winter Monday night for some tea, cake and a open fire place. Starruby has been finding at least one cache a day and this date will mark his 366th continuous days in a row of finding at least one cache. By what was first chance but is now planned it will also be Starruby's 1000th cache find.
Starruby (Sean) has been a active member of the geocaching community for the South East side of Melbourne for a while. He has place some well thought out and tricky caches to keep the local cachers interested.
The fire will be burning and the billy will be on the boil. Tea, coffee, milk and cake supplied.
Bring your own cup
The Rumour mill has it there will be some new caches published to celebrate the event.
There are 2 open fire places in this hut. If you have access to some free firewood please feel free to bring a few pieces. Also feel free to bring any nibblies to share.
If you have not attended an event before I strongly encourage you to come and say hi. You will find us geocaching folk to be very welcoming group and always happy to meet fellow geocachers.
