Stegasaurus?...In Kanata?! Traditional Cache
LegalGreg: Sigh There goes an other cache...
When geocash4fun told me that trees had been cut down in the area, I had to check it out. The only tree that convieniently wasn't cut down was, the tree this cache was in. As I approached the tree, I realized the workers must've spotted the shiny container, and took it.

STGASURUS?! IN KANATA?! WHAT THE...
A large heavily built herbivore, Stegasaurus had a distinctive and unsusual posture, with a heavily rounded back, short limbs, and a tiny head. Its array of plates and spikes has been the subject of much speculation. The spikes were most likely used for defense, while the plates have also been proposed as a defensive mechanism, as well as having display and thermoregulatory functions. Stegosaurus had a relatively low brain to body-mass ratio. It had a short neck and small head, meaning it most likely ate low-lying bushes and shrubs. It was the largest of all the stegosaurians (bigger than genera such as Kentrosaurus and Huayangosaurus) and, although roughly bus-sized, it nonetheless shared many anatomical features (including the tail spines and plates) with the other stegosaurian genera.
This is just another easy cache hidden out in Kanata, very close to another one of mine, "Are you stumped?" HAPPY CACHING! (The Stegasaurus may be hungry. There is no FTF prize, the cache is too small, but, the FTFs may get eaten by the stegasaurus. Other cachers, don't worry. Once he's eaten, he probably won't eat for a while! (Acuelly, bring some lettuce for the dino. He won't eat you! He's a herbivore!)).
