Geocache Description:


Independence Day for 2012 falls in the middle of the week (no long weekend!!!) and then all fireworks in the Grand Valley were cancelled because of the high fire danger! What to do? Get out of the house and celebrate the day by going out to find a cache along the Riverfront Trail just off of Redlands Parkway.
DO NOT PARK ALONG REDLANDS PARKWAY (C0-340). Parking is available at the listed coordinates or the Blue Heron boat ramp parking lot just to the west.
