I recently revisited this newly opened trail in a part of Garin Park not previously accessable to the general public. This area features great views of the southern end of the bay and several salt ponds on both sides of the bay. There is a historic monument nearby.
Neophile and I revisited this newly opened trail in a part of Garin Park not previously accessable to the general public. This area features great views of the southern end of the bay and several salt ponds on both sides of the bay. There is a historic monument on the trail after you pass the cache. It is in remembrance of Reverend Agapius Honcharenko, an exiled Ukrainian who is buried nearby http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Agapius_Honcharenko. The cache is small and well hidden. The cache is about 30 feet off the trail.
