This is part of a sub-series tributing the members of Organization XIII, the villianous organization present in Kingdom Hearts II, Chain of Memories, and 358/2 Days.
(SPOILERS FOR THE KINGDOM HEARTS GAME SERIES MAY FOLLOW).
Roxas is no. XIII, "The Key of Destiny." He is the Nobody of Sora, and thus wields the Keyblade. He looks almost identical to Ventus. He is the main playable character in 358/2 Days, and at the end of the game, he turns against the Organization, only to be captured by Riku. He then is merged back into Sora in Kingdom Hearts II.
