The Drayton and Toowoomba Cemetery is a beautiful place full of local history. Many notable historical figures are layed to rest here including Nell E. Robinson, Queensland's first female mayor; Emma Webb, the world's first appendectomy recipient; and the Castlemaine Perkins family of brewers. The cache is close by the military section where the unknown soldier is laid to rest.
Cache contains a log book, pencil, sharpener and items to trade. CACHE IS NOT LOCATED ON OR IN A GRAVE. PLEASE RESPECT THE DEARLY DEPARTED AND DO NOT DISTURB GRAVES. Some graves are very old and may cave in if you walk on them so please STAY BEHIND ALL FENCES. It is advised that you seek this cache between 8.30am and 6pm, however if you choose to seek at night please be aware that the cemetery is patrolled by security every few hours and you may be asked to move on.
