Geocache Description:

A Fun Series of Geocaches along the Nahatlatch Forest Service Road.

Logging opened up this area with the building of The Cog Harrington Bridge over the Fraser River to North Bend.  Before the bridge was built, the way to cross the Fraser River was by way of an aerial tram.  The Francis Harrington Park in Boston Bar is the final resting place for the aerial tram as well as lots of history of the area.

This is one of several spawning grounds in this Valley.  During November and December, this creek, which is part of a salmon enhancement project, will be full of several species of salmon . . . Coho, Sockeye, Pink and Chum.

For an extra added attraction keep a look out in this area for the resident beaver and it's home.
